CROSSIN’ MY WAY
written by Freddy & Chuck ©2007
Found on Leaving the past behind
She started her journey on the way
to happiness
Feeling the smell of all the things
that has been passed
Sweeping away the pieces of her
broken life
Opening doors locked for such a long
time
And now I’m praying that she’s
crossin’ my way
I have no more to say, I’m just
getting out
Then homeward bound, I’m one more
time around
I hope she hears my sound, let me
play my game
She was told to find the roots of
ancient trees
To climb the mountain of serenity
and peace
To stay alone for many years under
the sea
Only at that time she would have
found all her beliefs
But now I’m praying that she’s
crossin’ my way
I have no more to say, I’m just
getting out
Then homeward bound, I’m one more
time around
I hope she hears my sound, let me
play my game
